Net-a-porter has tapped Gucci’s Alessandro Michele to create a one-off, 20-piece collection of ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories.
This is the first exclusive capsule collection that Michele has done as creative director of Gucci. The collection also has its own label. Michele has whipped up an exclusive rose print inspired by a 19th-century tapestry, which appears on pieces such as a three-quarter sleeve scarf blouse with pearl GG buttons, and a pleated skirt with nude lining, both done in double silk georgette.
The roses also appear on a reversible cashmere and merino wool cardigan and on accessories, including two sizes of the Dionysus bag, flat mules, a high heel pump and the Ace sneaker.

Chloe Capsule Collection x Net-a-Porter: For the first time, French fashion house Chloé has created a capsule collection for a retailer. Exclusive to Net-A-Porter, the collection offers a fresh take on high summer dressing with its play on stripes and use of natural fabrics and includes 14 ready-to-wear items, 2 bags and 2 items of jewelry.
“I wanted the collection to capture the easy spirit of high summer, cool stripey jeans in graphic cotton, soft flowing ruffle dresses and clean color. A feeling of the beach in the city,” says Chloé’s Creative Director, Clare Waight Keller.
Chloé is the go-to for polished, feminine pieces with a laid-back feel. Soft silhouettes, delicate pleats and a pure palette define the relaxed Spring ’14 show. A hit at Paris Fashion Week, we love the ‘Medallion’ silk jacket and tapered jacquard pants. Don’t miss the exclusive capsule collection.

What to Wear for a Movie Night? N°21′s light-gray sweater is a perfect knitted piece. This mid-weight piece is designed to fit long and loose, making it perfect for styling with a versatile pair of black skinny jeans that are only as good as their fit, and this Frame Denim’s inky pair is cut to flatter. Infused with a hint of stretch.
Put a smart spin with Carven’s white broderie anglaise cotton-poplin collar. Complete the outfit with a Ileana Makri ring from the designer’s IAM line. Wear this oxidized silver piece solo. The pretty lace inserts are sheer, so we recommend wearing a nude bra.
