If you haven’t read her fabulous books already, you’ve probably seen “Confessions of a Shopaholic,” the book-turned-movie by British author Sophie Kinsella. The Shopaholic series offers one more glimpse into Becky Bloomwood’s story, and to our delight. If there’s anything she knows, it’s fashion and shopping, and how to convey her character’s passion for finding that perfect handbag, shoes, and more. Truth is, we couldn’t wait to see what is on Kinsella’s own shopping list this season. Take a look at Kinsella’s picks and comments below:

I’m a massive fan of Prada shoes, and these ballerina flats are adorable. They’ll help me hang on to summer for as long as possible…

Alexis Bittar Golden Crystal Teardrop Earrings. I love the elegance and understated shimmer of these earrings – they’ll give me a lift as the nights draw in.
Alice + Olivia Lilyanne Embroidered Open-Back Dress. This is a great, feel-good party dress. The embroidery gives it a classic feel while the cutout back is pure fun.
Every fall, I look forward to getting cozy in a new sweater, and this Vince cable-knit turtleneck is perfect.
I’m a sucker for scented candles, especially as the evenings get shorter. Not only do these ones smell divine, the stunning Fornasetti pots will look amazing on a mantelpiece or shelf.
I’m traveling a lot this fall, promoting my new book – and these gorgeous Kate Spade suitcases look as if they’d make any journey fun.
I love the fringe on this fabulous leather vest! It’s the perfect layering piece for transitional fall weather.
Every fall, the moment comes when you have to accept that your feet are cold. Bye-bye pumps, time for boots. And these Rag and Bone lace-up boots are such a fabulous statement, I can hardly wait.
A pair of beautiful leather gloves can lift any outfit. These plum Portolano gloves are so elegant – plus the cashmere lining is super cozy.
My 2-year-old daughter Sybella would look so sweet in this Oscar de la Renta coat – she’s a great fan of bows. My only remaining question is, do they do an adult size…?!

Phil Oh Favorite Handbags Fall 2014: As fall bags take hold of NYC street-style snapper Phil Oh shoots his favorites for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Who is Mr. Street Pepper? Phil Oh it’s the man behind the blog called Street Peeper.  He was born and raised in Chicago, and moved to NYC to study history at New York University, and after a series of random jobs (selling beanie babies, waiting tables, failed internet startup, more waiting tables, and author of trashy chick-lit novel Secrets of the Model Dorm), he started his blog, which attempts to document what personal style he founds to be interesting in cities across the globe.
